What we collect

• Booking requests: name, hotel, phone/WhatsApp number, email (optional), travel dates, group size, language and any notes you type. We need these to arrange your tour.
• Chat messages: questions you type into the chat bubble are sent to an AI service to generate answers. Don't put payment details or sensitive personal information in chat.
• Technical data: like most websites we log IP address, browser type and pages viewed, and — if enabled — advertising pixels from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and X may set cookies to measure ads. You can block these in your browser or ad settings.

How we use it

To confirm and run your booking, reply to your questions, and understand which of our ads work. We don't sell your data. Booking details are shared with the tour operator running your tour (they need names and pickup hotels), with WhatsApp/Meta when you message us, and with PayPal if you choose to pay a deposit.

Where it goes

The website is hosted on Vercel; the AI chat runs on Anthropic's API; booking leads may be stored in a spreadsheet or CRM we control. Mr. Chen keeps WhatsApp conversations on his phone like any small business.

Cookies

We use only what's needed to run the site plus optional advertising pixels. No cookie banner theatre — if you'd rather not be measured, use your browser's tracking protection.
